A cleaner home, from the entryway to the upstairs bedrooms.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED
Townhouse cleaning
questions, answered.
Do you clean multi-level townhouses?
You can request a quote for your home’s layout. Include the number of floors, stair flights, and rooms on each level so the work and access can be reviewed before booking.
Are stairs included in townhouse cleaning?
Interior stairs are part of the checklist when listed in your quote. Share the number of flights and stair materials. Reachable handrails and landings should also be confirmed in the agreed scope.
Can I request cleaning for only one floor?
You can request a quote for selected floors or rooms. Identify the spaces to include and whether connecting stairs need cleaning. Confirm any minimum booking requirement before the visit.
Do you clean high stairwell windows or chandeliers?
These are not included in the standard checklist. Height, access, and fragile materials need separate assessment. Share photos of any elevated surfaces you want considered before booking.
Is the garage or patio included?
The service covers the agreed interior living spaces. Garages, patios, balconies, and exterior areas are separate requests and need availability and pricing confirmation.
Can you include a loft or home office?
Mention the space and the tasks needed when requesting your quote. Clearing paperwork and personal items allows access to suitable surfaces. Cleaning electronics and organizing documents are not included by default.
Are supplies and equipment provided?
Confirm this with your quote. Mention product sensitivities, preferred products, and manufacturer care instructions for delicate surfaces before the appointment.
Do I need to stay home during cleaning?
Discuss entry and security arrangements before booking. If you will be away, agree on authorized access, a contact number, and how the property should be secured afterward.
