BEYOND THE WEEKLY VACUUM
Carpet Cleaning
in Las Vegas.
Attention a routine vacuum cannot provide.
The walkway through the living room looks dull. A spill has left a mark near the sofa. When your carpet needs a dedicated clean, start with a plan for its material and condition.

- Refreshing bedroom and living room carpets
- Having spills or spots assessed for treatment
Or when
- Preparing your home before visitors arrive

WHAT WE DO
What carpet
cleaning includes.
The service follows the scope agreed for your carpet. Your quote should identify the areas included, the cleaning method, preparation and any additional treatments.
Carpet & condition review
- Identify the rooms, hallways, landings and stairs included
- Review the carpet type and care information where available
- Note visible spots, heavy soil, wear and existing damage
- Discuss previous cleaning products or treatments
- Confirm access around furniture and reachable areas
Share manufacturer care instructions if you have them.
Preparation & spot attention
- Confirm who will vacuum before the appointment
- Review eligible spots and the treatment included in the quote
- Prepare accessible areas for the agreed process
- Give attention to identified high-use sections
Specialist stain or odor treatment is not automatically included. Describe these concerns before booking.
Cleaning the agreed areas
- Clean accessible carpet using the confirmed method
- Cover the rooms and connecting areas listed in the quote
- Include reachable edges and open floor space around furniture
- Clean carpeted stairs or landings when specifically included
Heavy beds, cabinets and other large pieces are not moved under this scope.
Completion & aftercare
- Review the cleaned areas and any remaining visible marks
- Explain limitations noticed during the visit
- Provide drying and room-use guidance for the method used
- Confirm instructions for returning furniture
What cleaning cannot do. It cannot repair worn fibers, bleach marks, burns, torn seams or other damage. Complete stain or odor removal should not be expected without an assessment, and cannot be guaranteed for every carpet. For pet concerns, distinguish loose hair, a visible accident spot and a persistent odor — a standard clean does not include specialist urine or odor treatment.
AROUND YOUR HOME
Rooms, stairs
and everything between.
List connecting spaces separately so they are included in the quote.
Only need vacuuming and routine hard-floor care? Our floor cleaning page describes those tasks. Leaving a rental? Share carpet requirements with your move out cleaning request — carpet cleaning must be listed separately in the agreed scope.

BEFORE A METHOD IS CHOSEN
The process has to
match the carpet.
Ask which process is proposed for your home and what preparation and drying it requires. Availability and suitability must be confirmed rather than assumed from a service name.
Your fiber and condition
- Carpet type and care information where available
- Visible spots, heavy soil, wear and existing damage
- Previous cleaning products or treatments used
If you have a preference
- Mention extraction, steam cleaning or a low-moisture option
- Compatibility is confirmed before booking
- Delicate materials need suitability checks first
Separate requests
- Area rugs — share fiber and care labels first
- Carpet protectors, repairs and restoration
- Upholstery — see couch and sofa cleaning
FOUR SHORT STEPS
How to prepare
for carpet cleaning.
Ask whether you need to vacuum beforehand and whether water or power access is required.
- 01
Clear loose items.
Pick up toys, shoes, clothing, cables and personal belongings from the agreed areas.
- 02
Confirm furniture arrangements.
Discuss which lightweight items can be moved and who will handle them. Large furniture movement is not assumed.
- 03
Flag problem areas.
Share spots, existing damage, loose seams and previous treatments before work begins.
- 04
Plan access and room use.
Arrange entry, secure pets, and leave time after the appointment for the confirmed drying and aftercare.
WHAT SHAPES THE PRICE
Priced on area,
condition and access.
A few open bedrooms with light soil require a different scope from several furnished rooms, stairs and specialist spot-treatment requests.
The main factors
- Room dimensions or total carpet area
- Hallways, landings and stair count
- Carpet material and condition
What adds time
- Visible soil and requested spot treatments
- Furniture layout and equipment access
- Optional services beyond the base clean
Ask up front
- Whether pricing is based on rooms, area or another defined scope
- What counts as a room, and any minimum booking charge
- Additional treatment costs

BEFORE WE GET STARTED
Carpet cleaning
questions, answered.
Is carpet cleaning included in regular house cleaning?
Routine house cleaning may include vacuuming. A dedicated carpet cleaning process, specialist treatments, and carpeted stairs need to be specifically confirmed in your quote.
Can I request cleaning for just one room?
You can request a single-room quote. Include the dimensions, condition, and any spots needing attention. Confirm the minimum booking requirement before arranging the appointment.
How long will the carpet take to dry?
Drying depends on the cleaning method, carpet, room conditions and work carried out. Request an estimated drying window and aftercare instructions. Immediate use or a fixed drying time should not be assumed.
Can you remove every stain?
No. Results depend on the carpet, the substance involved, its age, and previous treatments. Some marks are permanent or are caused by damaged fibers rather than removable soil.
Is pet odor removal included?
It is a separate request. Describe the concern before booking so treatment options, limitations, and pricing can be reviewed. Odor issues may extend beyond the accessible carpet surface.
Do you move furniture?
Furniture movement must be agreed before the visit. The standard scope covers accessible areas while heavy items remain in place. Clear loose belongings and discuss lightweight pieces in advance.
Can you clean wool carpets or area rugs?
Share the fiber information and care label so suitability can be assessed. Specialty fibers and area rugs should not be treated as automatically included in a standard carpet cleaning quote.
How often should I arrange carpet cleaning?
Base the schedule on the carpet manufacturer’s care guidance, household use, pets and condition. Ask about a suitable maintenance plan for your carpet rather than assuming one schedule fits every home.
