A fresh home. A little more you-time.Las Vegas & Clark County

THE SURFACES OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR

Pressure Washing
in Las Vegas.

A fresh look for driveways, patios, and paths.

Dust across the patio. Tracked-in dirt near the entrance. Marks on the driveway that a quick sweep does not remove. Outdoor surfaces can need more attention than everyday cleanup provides.

Eligible hard surfaces — reviewed before booking

WHAT WE DO

What pressure
washing includes.

The service covers the exterior areas listed in your quote. The final method depends on surface suitability, condition, access and available equipment.

01

Surface & site review

  • Identify the material and approximate area to be cleaned
  • Review visible dirt, residue, stains and existing damage
  • Note coatings, sealants, repairs or recently installed surfaces
  • Confirm access, water and wash-water handling requirements
  • Identify nearby items needing protection or left untouched

A surface should not be treated as suitable for pressure washing based on appearance alone.

02

Preparing the area

  • Confirm the work area is clear and accessible
  • Include removal of ordinary loose surface debris where agreed
  • Establish the site arrangements needed for the method
  • Review any areas excluded from the visit

Moving vehicles, heavy furniture, planters or stored materials is not included by default.

03

Exterior surface cleaning

  • Clean the eligible areas using the confirmed method
  • Address removable surface dirt and residue where practical
  • Give attention to accessible edges and sections in scope
  • Complete the agreed rinsing and cleanup steps

Specialist stain treatment is separate from standard surface cleaning.

04

Completion & aftercare

  • Review the cleaned areas and any visible marks that remain
  • Explain limitations identified during the work
  • Provide surface-use or aftercare instructions for the method
  • Confirm any separately recommended follow-up work

Cleaning does not restore a surface. It can address eligible dirt and residue, but it does not repair cracks, restore worn coatings or correct damaged materials, and permanent staining can remain. Roofs, siding, stucco, wood decks, fences and delicate exterior features are outside this hard-surface scope — ask about them separately so capability and suitability can be reviewed.

SEPARATE ASSESSMENT

What needs its
own review.

These tasks are outside the base cleaning scope and may need a different service. Include details and photos with your request.

Optional extras

Cleaning a pool deck does not include pool-water care — see pool cleaning for a separate service request. Heavy debris removal is also outside this scope.

MATCH THE METHOD

Pressure washing is not
one setting for everything.

The process needs to account for the finish, condition, care instructions and nearby features. Mention it if you are specifically looking for power washing, soft washing or chemical treatment — equipment and method availability must be confirmed.

01

Driveways & walkways

  • Share dimensions, material and visible stains
  • Include wide photos and close-ups of oil marks or rust
  • Mention narrow access, landscaping and railings
02

Patios & courtyards

  • Tell us the material and what sits on it
  • Furniture, planters, outdoor rugs or a cooking station
  • These need a clear movement or protection arrangement
03

Pavers & specialty finishes

  • Decorative concrete, natural stone and coated surfaces
  • Share finish details, joint condition and installer instructions
  • Joint replacement, sealing and polishing are separate

FOUR SHORT STEPS

How to arrange
pressure washing.

Follow the preparation guidance supplied with your booking rather than applying treatments beforehand.

  1. 01

    Describe the areas.

Share your ZIP code, approximate dimensions, materials and preferred date.

  2. 02

    Send photos.

Include full views and close-ups of stains, coatings, repairs and access limits.

  3. 03

    Review the site requirements.

Confirm water access, wash-water arrangements, gates, parking and any property-management requirements.

  4. 04

    Confirm and prepare.

Agree the method, scope, price, timing and terms. Clear the areas as arranged and keep pets away from the work zone.

WHAT SHAPES THE PRICE

Priced on area,
surface and access.

A small accessible walkway with light dirt requires a different scope from a large driveway with coatings and specialist stain requests.

01

The main factors

  • Total area and number of separate spaces
  • Surface material and condition
  • Dirt, buildup and requested stain treatments
02

What adds time

  • Access, obstacles and preparation needs
  • Water supply and wash-water handling arrangements
  • Optional work beyond the standard clean
03

Ask up front

  • Any minimum booking charge
  • Additional treatment costs
  • Whether a site review is needed to confirm suitability

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Pressure washing
questions, answered.

You can request a driveway-only quote. Include approximate dimensions, material, photos and any stains you want assessed. Confirm any minimum booking requirement before scheduling.

Oil stains need separate assessment. Results depend on the surface, the mark and previous treatments. Complete removal is not guaranteed, and additional treatment may cost extra.

Share the material, finish and care instructions so suitability can be reviewed. Cleaning, sealing and replacing joint material are separate tasks and should not be combined by assumption.

Confirm water-supply arrangements with the quote. Do not assume either a customer water connection or a self-contained supply is available until the site requirements are agreed.

Ask how wash water will be handled for your site before booking. Drainage, nearby areas and any required collection or disposal arrangements need to be reviewed as part of the service plan.

Clearing the area is not included by default. Agree on which items you will move and whether any additional help is available before the visit. Heavy-item movement needs separate confirmation.

Those surfaces are outside the standard driveway, walkway and patio scope. Send a separate request with photos and materials so service capability can be assessed.

Review weather and rescheduling terms when booking. Outdoor work may need another date if conditions prevent completion of the agreed service.
