Can I book refrigerator cleaning on its own?
You can request a refrigerator-only quote. Include the appliance size, condition, and compartments you want cleaned. Availability and any minimum booking requirement will be confirmed before booking.
Do I need to empty the fridge first?
Yes, the service is for an emptied refrigerator. Remove groceries from the agreed compartments and arrange suitable storage before the visit. This gives access to the surfaces and removable parts being cleaned.
Are shelves and drawers included?
Eligible shelves, drawers, and door bins are part of the checklist. Removal and cleaning depend on the model and its care instructions. Mention damaged or stuck parts in advance.
Is freezer cleaning included?
Freezer cleaning is an optional request. Confirm it separately, including the condition and any ice buildup, so the work and preparation can be agreed before the appointment.
Can cleaning remove refrigerator odors?
Cleaning accessible spills and residue may help when those are the source of an odor. Persistent smells may involve hidden areas or appliance issues outside the cleaning scope. Complete odor removal is not guaranteed.
Will you throw away expired food or organize groceries?
