We do not sell your information to advertisers, and we do not run advertising trackers on this website.

When you submit a quote request, contact form, or related enquiry, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The service you are requesting and how often you want it
- Your ZIP code, neighborhood, or service area
- Details about your home — approximate size, bedroom and bathroom count, current condition, property type, and the rooms or scope you want included
- Any optional extras you select
- Your preferred date and time slot
- Anything you choose to write in the notes or priorities field
Please do not put gate codes, alarm codes, key locations, payment card details, or other sensitive access or financial information into a website form. Share those only through an agreed, secure channel once a visit is confirmed.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website we also record limited technical information:
- IP address. We store the IP address a quote request was submitted from, to help identify duplicate or fraudulent submissions.
- Submission timestamp and the page or service the request came from.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider in the ordinary course of running the site.
We do not currently operate advertising, profiling, or third-party analytics trackers on this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are introduced.

How we share your information
This is the part that matters most. We operate as a cleaning-request and referral service. When you submit a request, we may forward the details you provided — including your name, email address, phone number, location, and the description of your home and the work you want — to one or more independent cleaning businesses so they can contact you and quote for the job.
Those businesses are separate companies. They are not employees or agents of ours. Once your details reach them, they act as independent controllers of that information and handle it under their own privacy practices. We encourage you to ask any business that contacts you for its own privacy policy.
We may receive a fee from a cleaning business for forwarding your request. Because value may change hands, this sharing may be treated as a “sale” of personal information under Nevada law. You can opt out — see the section below.
We also share information with:
- Service providers who help us run the website and our systems — our web host, email delivery provider, and similar suppliers — who process information on our instructions.

If a cleaning business has already received your details, you will also need to contact that business directly about the information it holds.
Your Nevada privacy rights
Nevada law (NRS 603A) gives Nevada consumers the right to direct an operator of a website not to sell certain personal information it has collected about them.
Because we may receive a fee for forwarding your request to a cleaning business, that sharing may count as a sale under this law. If you are a Nevada consumer and you want to opt out, email your request to our designated request address: contact@housecleaningserviceslasvegas.com, with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request”.
Include the email address and phone number you used so we can find your record. We will verify the request and respond within the period required by law.
Please note: if you opt out of your details being forwarded, we will not be able to arrange quotes from cleaning businesses for you, since that is how the service works.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
