Want more than the routine checklist? Ask about oven and refrigerator interiors, empty cabinets, detailed baseboard and door wiping, linen changes using a set you provide, or window cleaning. Specialist carpet cleaning and couch or sofa cleaning need their own assessment — they are separate from routine vacuuming. Garages, pools, and outdoor surfaces are requested separately.
LOCATION & BUILDING ACCESS
Downtown addresses
and front doors.
A district name can help when describing your home — the 18b Las Vegas Arts District, for example, is part of downtown’s community and cultural life. Service availability is checked for the property, though, not assumed from a landmark or neighborhood name, so include your street address, ZIP code, and unit number. If you know of a street closure or event affecting your entrance on the requested date, share that too. 18b Las Vegas Arts District.

For a downtown building, entry details matter as much as the room list.

Entrance & registration
Say which entrance visitors should use and whether the front desk needs resident authorization or guest registration before the appointment.
Parking, elevators & hours
Share guest parking and any known charges, elevator or service-entry requirements, and building limits on appointment hours. Any access costs should be settled before the visit.
Apartments, condos & lofts
Include the building name, unit number, floor level, and approximate size. For an open layout, identify the kitchen, sleeping area, living space, and any office area you want included.
Older finishes & shared homes
Original woodwork, older fixtures, natural stone, or a recently refinished floor need their care instructions shared in advance. In a shared home, mark private rooms, desks, and artwork that should remain untouched.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Downtown cleaning,
with clear answers.
Can I request cleaning for a condo or loft?
Yes. Include the layout, floor level, building rules, and rooms you want cleaned. Coverage, access, and the final scope are confirmed with the quote.
Can I book only the kitchen and bathrooms?
List the selected rooms and those you want skipped. Your quote should define the work and any minimum booking requirement.
Can you enter through my building’s front desk?
Share the building’s visitor process before booking. Arrange any required authorization with management and confirm the entry instructions for the appointment.
Are parking costs included in the price?
Provide parking options and known charges when requesting a quote. Confirm how any parking costs will be handled before the visit.
Are high windows and exterior glass included?
They need a separate request and access assessment. Specify the height and whether you need inside or outside glass cleaned. Do not assume exterior high-rise window cleaning is available.
Do I need a deep clean before recurring visits?
It depends on the condition of the home. Share areas with buildup so the first visit can be scoped appropriately, then agree on the ongoing maintenance checklist.
Are products and equipment provided?
Confirm supplies and equipment with your quote. Share product preferences, sensitivities, and care instructions for delicate finishes in advance.
Can I book a short-notice cleaning?
Send your preferred date and deadline. Short-notice or same-day service depends on confirmed availability, building access, and the amount of work needed.
