A CLEARER VIEW
Residential Window Cleaning
in Las Vegas.
Enjoy the view from the rooms you love.
Fingerprints on the patio door. Dust on the bedroom glass. Marks on the windows you look through every morning. When cleaning the windows keeps slipping down the list, a dedicated visit can help.
Interior glass, eligible exterior glass, or both
PLANNED AROUND YOUR HOME
A bedroom pane and a
stairwell window differ.
A ground-floor window, a large sliding door, and a window above a stairwell can involve very different access and cleaning needs.
A window list helps you plan for
- Interior fingerprints, dust and everyday surface marks
- Removable dirt on eligible exterior glass
- Windows in selected rooms or throughout the home
Or when
- Sliding glass doors and other agreed panels need attention
- You want optional screen, track or sill cleaning
- A refresh is needed before visitors or a handover
Photos help
- Which sides you want cleaned
- Whether any windows are difficult to reach
- More than a window count alone can show
WHAT WE CLEAN
What window
cleaning includes.
The checklist covers suitable, accessible glass surfaces. The final scope depends on the window type, condition and access.
Interior window glass
- Clean the agreed accessible interior glass
- Address removable fingerprints, dust and everyday residue
- Give attention to accessible glass edges
- Finish the cleaned glass using a method suited to its surface
- Check for visible remaining marks on the areas cleaned
Share information about film, tint, decorative coatings or special care instructions before the appointment.
Eligible exterior glass
- Review the access needed for each exterior window
- Clean the eligible glass surfaces listed in the quote
- Address removable surface dirt where practical
- Include agreed exterior glass panels or doors
Upper-story windows, uneven ground, enclosed courtyards and obstructed sides need an access assessment.
Sliding doors & panels
- Clean suitable glass on the sides included in the quote
- Address everyday handprints and surface marks
- Include multiple panels when listed separately
Door tracks, screens, hardware servicing and repairs are separate from glass cleaning.
Optional detail work
- Clean suitable removable window screens
- Remove loose debris from accessible tracks
- Wipe agreed track surfaces
- Clean accessible interior sills and ledges
- Wipe suitable frames within the agreed scope
Share screen counts, track condition and photos of damaged or fragile parts.
What cleaning cannot do. Hard water deposits, paint, adhesive and construction residue are not part of a standard glass clean — ask about the options rather than assuming they can be removed. Cleaning does not repair scratches, cracked glass, damaged coatings or failed window seals, and cloudiness between sealed panes is outside surface cleaning. High-rise exterior work, roof access and skylights are not included by default.
WORTH ASKING ABOUT
Screens, tracks,
frames and sills.
These areas can need more time than the glass itself. Request a separate allowance for each.
Not included: rescreening, fixing bent frames and repairing window mechanisms. This page covers windows belonging to a private residence, not shared building exteriors or common facilities.

CHOOSE YOUR SCOPE
Interior, exterior,
or both.
The quote should identify each area and the sides included. Cleaning the glass does not automatically include detailed tracks, screen washing or frame restoration.
Interior glass cleaning
- Accessible room-facing glass surfaces
- Provide a room list and furniture access
- Mention window coverings and any film or tint
Exterior glass cleaning
- Eligible outward-facing glass, after an access review
- Share story count, ground access, gates and obstructions
- Only the windows confirmed in the booking
Interior and exterior
- Both sides of the windows listed in the quote
- Provide the full window list and access arrangements
- Optional detail work listed separately
BEFORE THE VISIT
Access matters
more than the count.
There is no need to clean the glass beforehand.
- 01
List the windows.
Share your ZIP code, approximate window and panel count, story count, and preferred date.
- 02
Choose the work.
Identify interior glass, exterior glass, or both, plus any screens, tracks or sills you want included.
- 03
Send photos and access details.
Include wide views of the windows, close-ups of problem areas, and note gates, pets, landscaping or narrow passages.
- 04
Prepare the areas.
Clear personal items from sills and provide access. Heavy furniture movement and removing fixed blinds are outside the standard scope.
WHAT SHAPES THE PRICE
Priced on the glass
and the access.
A few accessible interior panes need a different scope from cleaning both sides of several large windows with screens and tracks.
The main factors
- Window size, type and panel count
- Interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, or both
- Number of stories and access requirements
What adds time
- Dirt, residue and requested specialty work
- Screens, tracks, frames and sills included
- Parking, entry and other appointment requirements
Ask up front
- How windows or panes are counted for pricing
- Any minimum booking charge
- Optional costs, especially for divided glass

BEFORE WE GET STARTED
Window cleaning
questions, answered.
Can I request only interior window cleaning?
You can request an interior-only quote. List the rooms, windows and glass panels included, and mention any access limits. Exterior cleaning is a separate scope choice.
Are screens and tracks included?
They are optional requests. Confirm the quantity, condition, cleaning tasks and any screen handling before booking.
Can you clean second-story windows?
Share photos, approximate heights and ground-access details so eligibility can be reviewed. Upper-story work should only be expected after the specific windows and access method are confirmed.
Do you clean tinted windows or glass with film?
Provide the film or coating details and manufacturer care instructions. Suitability and the cleaning approach need to be confirmed before work begins.
Can cleaning remove hard water marks?
Some deposits may need a separate treatment assessment. Permanent damage or etching may remain. Hard water removal is not included by default in standard glass cleaning.
Do you clean sliding patio doors?
Include the panel count and sides you want cleaned in your request. Door tracks, screens and frame detail should be listed separately.
What happens if weather affects exterior cleaning?
Review the weather and rescheduling arrangements when booking. Exterior work may need a different appointment if conditions prevent the agreed service from being completed.
Do I need to be home?
Interior cleaning requires authorized entry. For exterior-only work, agree on gates, water access if required, pets and a contact number. Confirm whether your presence is needed.
