LESS CATCHING UP
Stop cleaning
taking over.
A recurring plan gives regular attention to the spaces you use most, so you have fewer cleaning jobs to fit into your own schedule.
A practical fit for
- Busy households needing help with floors and bathrooms
- People who want less of their free time spent cleaning
- Homes with pets that need frequent vacuuming
And also for
- Families managing several bedrooms and shared spaces
- Apartment and condo residents wanting ongoing upkeep
- Anyone who would rather not arrange each clean separately

THE ROUTINE CHECKLIST
What each
visit covers.
The checklist focuses on accessible surfaces and routine upkeep. Your quote confirms the rooms and tasks in your plan.
Kitchen
- Wipe accessible countertops and backsplash surfaces
- Clean the sink and faucet
- Wipe appliance exteriors and the accessible stovetop
- Spot-wipe cabinet fronts and handles
- Empty the kitchen wastebasket
- Vacuum or sweep, then mop suitable floors
More room-specific detail on our kitchen cleaning page.
Bathrooms
- Clean toilets, sinks, and vanity surfaces
- Clean accessible shower and bathtub surfaces
- Wipe faucets and handles
- Clean mirrors
- Spot-wipe cabinet fronts
- Empty bathroom wastebaskets
- Sweep and mop suitable floors
Heavy buildup can need extra time. See the bathroom cleaning checklist.
Bedrooms
- Dust accessible dressers, nightstands, and clear furniture tops
- Dust reachable shelves and ledges
- Clean accessible mirrors
- Empty bedroom wastebaskets
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Sweep and mop suitable hard floors
Ask to include linen changes. See bedroom cleaning.
Living rooms & common areas
- Dust accessible tables, furniture tops, and shelves
- Wipe suitable clear surfaces
- Clean accessible mirrors and suitable glass tabletops
- Wipe door handles and light switch plates where included
- Vacuum accessible rugs, carpets, and floor areas
- Sweep and mop suitable hard flooring
The first visit may need more time than later ones. Dust buildup, heavily used bathrooms, or areas that have not been cleaned for a while can need extra work before routine upkeep begins. Share photos and the home’s condition so the first appointment can be scoped properly — and ask for the first-visit and ongoing prices separately if they differ.
NOT NEEDED EVERY TIME
Add detail
where you need it.
Some jobs are useful occasionally without being needed at every visit. Ask to add them to a selected appointment.
Outside the routine checklist: carpet extraction, upholstery shampooing, heavy furniture moving, and repairs all need a separate scope. Confirm availability, timing, and pricing for any extra in advance.

HOW OFTEN?
Choose a schedule
for your home.
The right frequency depends on how quickly your home needs attention between visits. Ask about availability for your address.
Weekly

- Suits busy homes and frequently used kitchens and bathrooms
- More help with everyday dust and floor debris
Every two weeks
- Biweekly means once every two weeks, not twice a week
- Suits homes that handle small daily tasks themselves
- Ongoing help with the main rooms, surfaces, and floors
Monthly
- A planned visit with a longer gap between
- Suits lighter-use homes
- Heavily used rooms may need extra attention by the next visit

BEFORE WE GET STARTED
Recurring cleaning
questions, answered.
What is the difference between recurring and one-time cleaning?
Recurring cleaning follows an agreed schedule for ongoing upkeep. A one-time clean is arranged for a single occasion. Either visit needs a clear checklist; the difference is whether you are planning continued appointments.
Does biweekly mean twice a week?
For this cleaning plan, biweekly means once every two weeks. Your confirmed schedule should show the actual appointment dates so there is no confusion.
Do I need a deep clean before recurring service?
That depends on the home’s condition. Some homes need extra work on the first visit, while others can begin with the routine checklist. Share photos and details so the initial scope can be reviewed before booking.
Can I choose which rooms are cleaned?
Include your preferred rooms and any areas to skip in the quote request. The plan should clearly list what each visit covers and any minimum booking requirement.
Can I add oven or refrigerator cleaning occasionally?
Ask to add appliance interior cleaning before the appointment. Availability, preparation, extra time, and pricing need to be confirmed. These tasks are not automatically included in routine visits.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Ask about team assignment when setting up your plan. A specific cleaner or team should only be expected if that arrangement has been confirmed.
Can I skip, reschedule, or cancel a visit?
Ask for the scheduling and cancellation terms before starting. Confirm the notice required, any fees, and whether a longer gap changes the scope or price of the next visit.
Is there a long-term contract?
Review the booking terms for any minimum commitment, renewal arrangement, or cancellation requirement. Your plan should make these terms clear before you agree to it.
