These terms should be read together with our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your information.

What this website does
This website lets you describe your home and the cleaning you want, and send that description to us as a request. It is an enquiry tool, not a booking system.
The forms on this site generate a summary of what you entered. Submitting a form does not create a booking, reserve a date, or form a contract for cleaning work. Nothing is confirmed until scope, price, availability, and access arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Quotes, availability and bookings
Any price shown or discussed before a visit is an estimate based on the information you provide. It may change once the property, its condition, or the work required is assessed.
Service coverage is confirmed for a specific address, not assumed from a neighborhood or area name. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment until we or the cleaning business confirm it.
Same-day and short-notice work should never be assumed. Ask about the earliest available appointment and wait for confirmation.
Referral to independent cleaning businesses
We operate as a cleaning-request and referral service. Your request may be passed to one or more independent cleaning businesses who will contact you and quote for the work.
Those businesses are separate companies. They are not our employees, partners, or agents. Where a cleaning business quotes for and carries out work for you, the contract for that work is between you and that business, on its terms, and it is responsible for the service it provides, its staff, its insurance, and any damage or loss arising from its work.
We may receive a fee from a cleaning business for forwarding your request. We do not guarantee the work, conduct, licensing, insurance, or availability of any business you are referred to. Please make your own checks before allowing anyone into your home, and agree the scope, price, and terms directly with them.
Your responsibilities
When you use this site or arrange a visit, you agree to:
- Give accurate and complete information about your property and the work you want
- Have the authority to arrange cleaning at the property
- Arrange safe, lawful, authorized access for the agreed time
- Clear the agreed areas and put away loose belongings before the visit
- Secure pets and tell us about anything that affects safety or access
- Put away cash, jewellery, documents, and other valuables
- Disclose known hazards, damage, delicate finishes, and any surface-care instructions
- Provide utilities such as water, power, and lighting where the work needs them
Do not send gate codes, alarm codes, key locations, or payment details through website forms. Share those only through an agreed, secure channel once a visit is confirmed.
Scope, extras and exclusions
Each service page describes a starting checklist. The final scope is what appears in your agreed quote. Tasks not listed there are not included.
Extras such as appliance interiors, empty cabinet interiors, window glass, carpet or upholstery treatment, garages, and outdoor surfaces need to be requested specifically, and may involve extra time and cost.
Some work is outside the scope of ordinary cleaning entirely — including repairs, refinishing, restoration, junk hauling, hazardous or biological cleanup, pest treatment, mold remediation, and anything requiring a specialist licence. Requests of that kind need a separate assessment and may need a different provider.
What cleaning cannot do
Cleaning addresses removable dirt and residue. It does not repair or restore. In particular, no guarantee is given that cleaning will:
- Remove every stain, mark, odor, or mineral deposit
- Repair scratches, chips, cracks, worn coatings, damaged finishes, or failed window seals
- Restore a surface to its original appearance
- Secure the return of a rental deposit, or satisfy a landlord or property manager
Where a result depends on materials, age, or previous treatments, that will be discussed before work is agreed wherever possible.
Prices, payment and cancellations
Prices, minimum booking charges, deposits, payment methods, and cancellation or rescheduling terms are agreed as part of your quote. Where a cleaning business carries out the work, its terms apply to payment and cancellation.
If the property, its condition, or the work required differs materially from what was described, the scope and price may need to be revised before work continues.
Damage, loss and claims
Raise any concern about damage or loss as soon as you notice it, and in any case promptly after the visit, so it can be investigated while the facts are fresh.
Where an independent cleaning business carried out the work, claims relating to that work should be raised with that business, which is responsible for it. We will help put you in contact where we can.
Using this website
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests
- Submit another person’s details without their permission
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-submit through the site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or its data
- Interfere with the site’s operation or security
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
We may decline, withdraw, or stop responding to any request, and may restrict access to the site, where these terms are breached.
Content on this site
The text, layout, design, graphics, and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own use in arranging cleaning services. You may not copy, republish, or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.
