THE WORK IS FINISHED
Construction Cleaning
in Las Vegas.
Give the finished space its final clean.
A new kitchen, updated bathroom, or freshly finished home deserves more than a quick tidy before handover. Dust on ledges, marks on fixtures, and residue on surfaces can leave a space looking unfinished after the contractors pack up.
Final cleaning after the trades have finished
AFTER A BUILD OR REMODEL
A bathroom remodel and a
whole-home build differ.
Construction cleanup needs a clear project scope. A finished bathroom involves different surfaces and access from a whole-home renovation or a newly built property.

WHAT WE CLEAN
What post-construction
cleaning includes.
The checklist covers accessible, completed areas approved for cleaning. Your quote confirms the surfaces, dust conditions, methods and tasks included.
Surfaces & finishing detail
- Remove eligible settled surface dust using the agreed process
- Wipe suitable ledges, window sills and reachable trim
- Clean accessible doors, frames, handles and switch plates
- Give attention to agreed baseboards and reachable corners
- Wipe suitable built-in shelving and clear horizontal surfaces
Share the type of work carried out and any known contamination. This does not include hazardous-material cleanup or air-quality clearance.
Kitchens & cabinet areas
- Clean suitable countertops and backsplash surfaces
- Clean sinks, faucets and accessible fixtures
- Wipe cabinet and drawer fronts
- Clean agreed empty shelves, cabinets and drawers
- Wipe accessible appliance exteriors where included
New finishes may have curing requirements — confirm with the installer that surfaces are ready. See cabinet cleaning.
Bathrooms
- Clean toilets, sinks and vanity surfaces
- Clean suitable tub and shower surfaces
- Clean accessible mirrors and agreed shower glass
- Wipe fixtures and cabinet fronts
- Clean accessible floor areas using a suitable method
Grout haze, cement residue, adhesive and excess sealant need separate assessment.
Floors & connecting areas
- Remove eligible loose debris and settled dust from agreed floors
- Clean suitable hard flooring according to its care requirements
- Give attention to accessible edges and corners
- Include hallways, landings and stairs listed in the quote
Extraction, polishing, refinishing and bonded-residue removal are separate. Identify each flooring material and any recent coating.
Glass & window detail
- Clean accessible mirrors included in the scope
- Clean agreed interior window or door glass where suitable
- Wipe accessible sills and frames when listed
- Review marks that remain after the agreed surface clean
Paint, stickers and adhesive on glass require separate review. See residential window cleaning.
Cleaning does not correct construction work. It does not fix scratches, chipped finishes, damaged glass or installation issues. Active demolition cleanup, hazardous-material remediation, duct cleaning, repairs and defect correction are outside this service. Share existing damage and raise concerns with the contractor before the cleaning visit.
SEPARATE ASSESSMENT
Tasks beyond the
final surface clean.
Include photos and details if your project needs any of these. Availability and pricing must be confirmed for each.
After the project settles into normal use, ordinary household buildup is covered by deep house cleaning, and ongoing upkeep by recurring house cleaning.

What adds time

BEFORE WE GET STARTED
Construction cleaning
questions, answered.
Is post-construction cleaning the same as deep house cleaning?
No. Post-construction cleaning must account for the work carried out, site condition, new materials and construction-related residue. A routine deep-clean checklist should not be assumed to cover those needs.
Do you remove construction debris?
Bulk debris removal is outside the final-clean scope. Describe any remaining waste before booking so disposal requirements and available options can be reviewed separately.
Can you clean while contractors are still working?
Final cleaning is planned for completed, ready areas. If work is ongoing, identify the areas involved and discuss whether a separate phase is feasible. Later work may require another clean.
Are paint and adhesive removal included?
Not by default. Share photos, materials and residue details so suitability and extra work can be assessed. Permanent damage or marks may remain.
Are cabinet interiors included?
They can be included when specifically listed in the quote. Cabinets and drawers must be empty, accessible and ready for cleaning according to the installer’s guidance.
Can I request cleaning after a small remodel?
You can request a quote for selected rooms. Include the work completed, condition, photos and nearby areas affected. Confirm any minimum booking requirement before arranging the visit.
Is a return visit included in the price?
A return or touch-up visit is only included if stated in the quote. Agree on how later trade work, inspections or deliveries will be handled before booking.
Can you meet a fixed handover date?
Share the deadline early. The appointment depends on service availability and the site being ready. A requested date is not a confirmed booking until the scope and timing are agreed.
