THE GLASS YOUR CUSTOMERS SEE

Commercial Window Cleaning
in Las Vegas.

Keep your storefront looking cared for.

Fingerprints on the entrance door. Dust across the storefront. Marks on office glass. Windows are part of the space your customers and staff use every day, and keeping them clean adds another task to a busy schedule.

A PLAN FOR YOUR PREMISES

A shop, a suite, and a
shared property all differ.

A street-level shop, an office suite, and a shared commercial property each have different access and scheduling needs. Start with the glass you want cleaned.

01

This service can cover

  • Storefront windows and display glass
  • Customer entrance doors and side panels
  • Accessible office windows
02

Or

  • Interior glass partitions and meeting-room panels
  • Eligible windows at restaurants, salons and other premises
  • Selected glass managed by a tenant or property manager
03

Confirm authority

  • The areas you are authorized to arrange service for
  • Especially exterior glass or shared entrances
  • Building-owner approval where required

WHAT WE CLEAN

What commercial window
cleaning includes.

The checklist covers suitable glass surfaces with confirmed access. Your quote identifies the windows, panels, sides and any extras included.

01

Storefront & display glass

  • Clean the agreed interior or eligible exterior glass
  • Address removable fingerprints, dust and everyday residue
  • Give attention to accessible glass edges
  • Finish the cleaned surfaces using a method suited to the glass
  • Review the areas for visible remaining marks

Tell us about signs, decals, displays, security fittings or window film. Their removal is not included.

02

Entrance doors & panels

  • Clean the glass door panels listed in the quote
  • Include agreed adjoining glass panels
  • Address removable handprints and surface marks
  • Wipe suitable handles when specifically included

Door frames, tracks, thresholds and hardware servicing are separate tasks.

03

Office & interior glass

  • Clean accessible interior window surfaces
  • Include agreed glass partitions or meeting-room panels
  • Address everyday marks on suitable glass
  • Work around the access arrangements for desks and equipment

Moving electronics, handling documents or clearing employee belongings is outside this scope.

04

Eligible exterior windows

  • Review window height and access before confirming the work
  • Clean the outward-facing glass included in the quote
  • Address removable surface dirt where practical
  • Identify any areas that cannot be reached within the agreed scope

Upper-level glass, roof access, lift work and suspended access are not included by default.

High-rise service should not be assumed. Building height, access methods, equipment and service capability require a separate review before any commitment. Standard glass cleaning also does not automatically include paint, adhesive, construction residue or mineral-deposit removal — share close-up photos of these before booking. Cleaning does not repair glass, restore damaged coatings or resolve cloudiness between sealed panes.

BEFORE A BOOKING

Site access and
property requirements.

Share required documents early so they can be reviewed before a booking is accepted.

Optional extras

Resolve the boundaries in advance: approval requirements and the split between tenant-managed and building-managed glass should be settled before the appointment, along with any site rules affecting service times or equipment access.

CHOOSE THE WORK

The glass and detail
work you need.

Specify interior, exterior, or both for each group of windows or panels.

01

Glass, by side

  • Exterior-only: eligible windows, panel count, height and access
  • Interior-only: rooms, partitions, furniture clearance and entry
  • Both: both sides of every included window or panel
02

Frames, tracks & screens

  • Frames, sills or tracks: specific surfaces, condition and time
  • Screens: quantity, eligibility and any removal or reinstallation
  • Each additional task identified before booking
03

Specialty concerns

  • Hard water or residue: separate assessment and limitations
  • Film, tint, coatings and specialty glass: share care instructions
  • Flag cracked panes, loose components and existing damage

Agree the window and time on site.

Confirm the service window and the estimated time needed for the agreed work.

  3. 03

    Name a site contact.

Provide a business or property-management contact, and note staff, customer or delivery activity affecting the work.

WHAT SHAPES THE PRICE

Priced on glass area,
access and condition.

A small street-level storefront needs a different scope from several office suites with interior partitions and exterior windows.

01

The main factors

  • Window and panel count, dimensions and layout
  • Interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, or both
  • Height, access and equipment requirements
02

What adds time

  • Surface condition and requested detail work
  • Parking, site requirements and scheduling needs
  • One-time or recurring service frequency
03

Ask up front

  • Any minimum booking charge and optional costs
  • Whether a site review is needed for measurements
  • First-clean and maintenance prices, shown separately

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Commercial window
questions, answered.

You can request a quote for the windows and doors at your storefront. Include dimensions, panel count and the sides you want cleaned. Confirm any minimum booking requirement before scheduling.

Only when listed in the quote. Specify interior, exterior, or both for each group of windows or panels.

Share your preferred service window. Early, late, or other outside-hours appointments depend on confirmed availability and site access arrangements.

High-rise work is outside the standard scope. Building height, access methods, equipment and service capability require a separate review before any commitment.

Frames and tracks are optional requests. Signs, decals and display materials are not removed or cleaned by default. Identify each additional task before booking.

Those concerns need separate assessment. Share photos and any known source of the residue. Removal is not guaranteed, and damaged glass may retain marks.

Review weather and rescheduling arrangements when booking. Exterior work may need another appointment if conditions prevent completion of the agreed service.

Provide an address, window list, access details and preferred schedule for each site. Coverage, scope and timing need confirmation separately for every location.
