PIECE BY PIECE

Furniture Cleaning
in Las Vegas.

Extra attention for the pieces you use every day.

Fingerprints on the dining table. Dust on the dresser. Crumbs around chair seats. Furniture can need more than a quick wipe, especially when several rooms are overdue.

Hard surfaces cleaned in place — no disassembly

BUILD IT AROUND YOUR LIST

A dining set, a few
bedroom pieces, or both.

A piece-by-piece request makes it easier to define the work. Exterior wiping, empty interior cleaning and specialist upholstery involve different tasks.

01

Furniture cleaning helps when

  • Catching up on dusting and removable surface marks
  • Cleaning accessible table edges, handles and frames
  • Refreshing dining chairs, sideboards and serving furniture
02

Or when

  • Giving dressers, nightstands and shelving extra attention
  • Discussing eligible seating vacuuming or upholstery treatment
  • Adding selected furniture to a wider house cleaning visit
03

Share up front

  • The number of pieces and the surfaces to clean
  • Materials, finishes and any care instructions
  • Photos of the pieces and close-ups of marks

WHAT WE CLEAN

What furniture
cleaning includes.

Your quote confirms each piece and the surfaces included. The hard-surface checklist covers accessible areas without disassembly or heavy furniture movement.

01

Surface dusting & wiping

  • Remove loose dust from agreed clear surfaces
  • Wipe suitable furniture tops and fronts
  • Address everyday fingerprints and removable residue where practical
  • Clean suitable glass tabletops and accessible glass panels
02

Edges, handles & frames

  • Wipe suitable handles and pulls while attached
  • Dust accessible furniture edges and trim
  • Clean reachable hard-surface chair backs and frames
  • Dust accessible legs, supports and rails
03

Shelves & storage furniture

  • Dust reachable open shelves after contents are cleared
  • Wipe suitable empty surfaces included in the quote
  • Clean agreed exterior panels and drawer fronts
  • Include empty drawers or interior sections only when requested

Sorting belongings, removing collections and rearranging storage are separate from the checklist.

04

Upholstered seating

  • Surface vacuuming or a dedicated upholstery process, agreed separately
  • Fabric dining chairs, headboards and ottomans reviewed by material
  • Leather cleaning, conditioning and stain treatment are not automatic

For sofas and sectionals see couch and sofa cleaning.

Cleaning respects the finish but cannot repair it. A piece may combine wood, glass, metal, fabric and trim, and the plan accounts for each section. Mention care instructions, delicate or antique pieces, peeling coatings, loose parts and previous products. Cleaning does not repair scratches, fading, heat marks, chipped finishes, torn fabric or damaged joints — polishing, refinishing, painting and restoration are separate.

ROOM BY ROOM

Furniture in
every room.

Mention the rooms involved so the right pieces appear in your quote.

Optional extras

Not included: outdoor and patio furniture, outdoor cushions, and other exterior items — these need a separate request and confirmation of available service. Disassembly and furniture relocation are also outside this scope.

WHICH FURNITURE

What you can
include in a request.

Eligibility and method depend on material, finish, condition and access. Antiques, leather, delicate fabrics, unfinished surfaces and specialty finishes need separate review.

01

Tables & seating

  • Dining and coffee tables: suitable tops, edges and supports
  • Dining chairs and benches: hard seats, backs, frames and legs
  • Share material, finish, size, quantity and visible marks
02

Storage & shelving

  • Dressers and nightstands: clear tops, fronts and handles
  • Bookcases and open shelving: reachable, cleared surfaces
  • Sideboards and media units: suitable exterior surfaces
03

Beds & upholstered pieces

  • Bed frames and headboards: accessible hard-surface sections
  • Sofas, armchairs and ottomans: separately agreed work
  • Share the care label, seating count and requested method

FOUR SHORT STEPS

How to prepare
for the visit.

There is no need to dust or scrub beforehand.

  1. 01

    Make a furniture list.

Include each piece, approximate size, material and room location.

  2. 02

    Share your priorities.

Send full-item photos, close-ups of marks, and care-label images where relevant.

  3. 03

    Clear the surfaces.

Remove personal items, papers, ornaments and fragile belongings from the pieces being cleaned.

  4. 04

    Clear access.

Make room around the agreed pieces and secure pets. Keep attached covers and hardware in place unless removal is agreed.

WHAT SHAPES THE PRICE

Priced on the pieces,
not the room.

Wiping a small dining set needs a different amount of time from cleaning multiple storage pieces or arranging specialist upholstery work.

01

The main factors

  • Piece count and dimensions
  • Materials, finishes and care requirements
  • Exterior surfaces versus empty interiors
02

What adds time

  • Dust, residue, pet hair and requested spot attention
  • Access around or beneath the furniture
  • Whether the pieces are part of a larger visit
03

Ask up front

  • Any minimum booking charge
  • Additional treatment costs
  • Aftercare instructions for the surfaces cleaned

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Furniture cleaning
questions, answered.

You can request a single-item quote. Include photos, dimensions, material details and the work needed. Confirm availability and any minimum booking requirement before arranging the visit.

No. Hard-surface dusting, seating vacuuming and a dedicated upholstery process are separate scope choices. Your quote should identify which work is included for each piece.

Share the finish and care instructions so suitability can be reviewed. Painted, sealed, unfinished and antique pieces may have different needs. Cleaning does not include refinishing or repairing worn surfaces.

Cleaning can address removable surface residue, but water rings, scratches and heat marks may involve damage to the finish. Restoration is outside the standard cleaning scope.

Only when specifically listed in the quote. Empty the agreed compartments before the visit. Organizing contents and putting belongings back are not included by default.

The standard service covers accessible surfaces while heavy pieces remain in place. Discuss any lightweight furniture movement before booking. Disassembly and furniture relocation are not included.

This page focuses on residential indoor furniture. Patio furniture, outdoor cushions and other exterior items need a separate request and confirmation of available service.

Ask for aftercare instructions based on the method used. Any drying or waiting period should be confirmed for your surfaces or upholstery rather than assuming every piece can be used immediately.
