READY FOR ITS NEXT CHAPTER.

A FINAL CLEAN FOR YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

An empty home shows
everything.

Dust, crumbs, and buildup that furniture once hid. Bathroom corners, kitchen surfaces, closet shelves, and floor edges may need more attention than a routine clean.

01

Who it’s for

  • Renters preparing for a final walkthrough
  • Homeowners getting ready to hand over the keys
  • Apartment and condo residents moving on
02

And for

  • Landlords preparing an empty home between residents
  • Property managers arranging a residential turnover
  • Anyone working to a handover checklist
03

The goal

  • Finish the move with a cleaner home
  • Fewer tasks left on your list
  • A clear, agreed scope before the visit

ROOM BY ROOM

What move out
cleaning includes.

Use this checklist to plan your request. Your quote should confirm the included tasks and any extra work before the visit.

01

Kitchen

  • Wipe countertops and accessible backsplash surfaces
  • Clean the sink and faucet
  • Wipe cabinet fronts and handles
  • Clean appliance exteriors
  • Clean the accessible stovetop surface
  • Wipe accessible shelves and window sills
  • Vacuum or sweep, then mop suitable floors

Need cleaning inside the oven, refrigerator, or cabinets? Add those to your request. See kitchen cleaning in Las Vegas for a kitchen-focused service.

02

Bathrooms

  • Clean toilets, including the seat, bowl, and exterior
  • Clean sinks, faucets, and vanity surfaces
  • Clean tubs, showers, and accessible shower doors
  • Remove surface soap residue where practical
  • Wipe mirrors and cabinet fronts
  • Wipe accessible shelves and fixtures
  • Sweep and mop the floor

Heavy mineral deposits, stained grout, or damaged surfaces may need work beyond a standard visit. Share photos so the scope can be reviewed.

03

Bedrooms, living rooms & hallways

  • Dust accessible surfaces and ledges
  • Wipe reachable window sills
  • Wipe accessible baseboards
  • Wipe door handles and light switch plates
  • Spot-clean doors where the finish allows
  • Dust empty closet shelves
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep and mop hard floors

Cleaning works best on an empty home. Once furniture, boxes, and belongings are out, we can reach floor edges and the surfaces they were covering. If some things will still be in place, say so before booking so the scope reflects what can be reached.

A LITTLE EXTRA ATTENTION

Some homes need more.

Choose any extras you’d like to discuss. Their availability and cost are confirmed with your quote.

Optional move out cleaning extras

Not part of the standard checklist: carpet extraction, full wall washing, exterior windows, junk removal, repairs, and hazardous cleanup. If your handover instructions mention any of these, flag them before booking so you can confirm whether separate arrangements are needed.

FROM KEYS TO CLEAN

How to arrange your move out clean.

Four steps, so nothing is left to the last day.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the property.

Share the ZIP code, approximate square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and your preferred cleaning date. Let us know whether the home will be empty.

  2. 02

    Share your priorities.

Send any landlord or property manager checklist, photos of buildup, and requests for appliance interiors. Include your key handover deadline and any building access rules.

  3. 03

    Review your quote.

Confirm the cleaning scope, price, access arrangements, and appointment availability before booking, so everyone understands what the visit covers.

  4. 04

    Prepare for the visit.

Remove belongings, empty any appliances or cabinets being cleaned, and keep water and electricity on. Where possible, book after the movers finish and before the final walkthrough.

WHAT SHAPES THE PRICE

How much does move out
cleaning cost?

It depends on the work your home needs. A smaller apartment with light buildup needs a different plan from a large house with several bathrooms and heavily used appliances.

01

Your quote takes in

  • Property size and room count
  • Current condition and level of buildup
  • Whether the property is empty or furnished
02

And also

  • Appliance interiors and other requested extras
  • Access, parking, and any special instructions
  • Your handover deadline and preferred timing
03

For a useful estimate

  • Send recent photos of the property
  • Send a clear list of priorities
  • Ask for included work and extra charges in writing

EVERY MOVE IS DIFFERENT

Size, condition, whether it is empty, and the extras you choose all shape the quote. Share those details and we can define the work together.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Move out cleaning
questions, answered.

Is move out cleaning the same as regular house cleaning?

Move out cleaning focuses on preparing a property for handover, giving attention to accessible surfaces and areas exposed once belongings are removed. Regular house cleaning supports ongoing upkeep in an occupied home. The exact difference depends on the checklist agreed for each visit.

Does the home need to be empty?

An empty home allows better access and makes the final clean easier to plan. If furniture or boxes will remain, tell us before booking so the cleaning scope reflects the areas that can be reached.

Are oven and refrigerator interiors included?

Request them specifically. Appliance interiors are optional extras and should be confirmed in your quote. Empty the refrigerator and follow the agreed preparation instructions before the visit.

Can you work from my property manager’s checklist?

Share the checklist before booking so its requirements can be reviewed. Some tasks may need extra time or a separate service. Your confirmed quote should make clear which items are covered.

Will move out cleaning guarantee my deposit is returned?

No. Cleaning can help you prepare for a walkthrough, but it cannot guarantee a deposit refund. Cleaning also does not repair damage or resolve other issues with the property.

How long will the cleaning take?

Timing depends on the home size, condition, access, and agreed extras. Ask for an estimated cleaning window with your quote, especially if you have a fixed inspection or key handover time.

Do I need to stay during the cleaning?

Ask about access arrangements when booking. If you will be elsewhere, agree on entry instructions, a contact number, and how the property should be secured afterward.

How far ahead should I arrange the cleaning?

Request availability once your moving date is clear. Allow time between the movers leaving, the cleaning visit, and your final handover. If your date changes, contact the team to discuss availability.
